29th Annual Woodburn Tulip Fest opens@ Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm (33814 S. Meridian Road, Woodburn) from 9AM-6PM daily through May 3rd.Tip toe through the tulips! Check out the gorgeous flowers and bring your camera. The Tigard Library will hold it's 8th Food for Fines drive through March 28th. For every 2 non-perishable (canned tuna, peanut butter, pasta, cereal,etc.) food items donated- the library will waive $1 of fines from your account- up to $10!!!!
